Ascension Sacred Heart Primary Care - The Market Shops in Miramar Beach, FL is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an employed outpatient team. This full-time role offers RVU incentives, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and CME allowance, supported by a strong referral base and the health system’s resources.

You’ll work in a busy practice with 2 physicians and 2 APPs, rotating call for outpatient care, and eligibility for Florida licensure and DEA registration.

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days of hire date.
• NP, ARNP, or NP credential issued by Florida authorities.
• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• Florida license/registration for NP required prior to hire date.

Responsibilities

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Florida Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or National Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner (NP) license required.

Education

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
