Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Board-Certified or -Eligible Family Medicine physician for a full-time outpatient role at Ascension St. Vincent's Primary Care - Fleming Island in Fleming Island, FL. The position offers a base salary of $260,000+ with a $100,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, plus RVU incentives and CME allowances.

Malpractice coverage with tail is included. 2 physicians and 2 APPs comprise the team.

Qualifications

• Florida medical license required before hire.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or medical specialty.
• Advanced Life Support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join an established team of 2 physicians and 2 APPs.
• Provide outpatient primary care with a focus on comprehensive patient evaluation.
• Deliver evidence-based medical care and timely documentation.
• Coordinate patient care and support continuous access to services.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
• Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Florida Board of Medicine obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Board eligibility/certification in medical specialty required.
• Preferred Credential(s):
• Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
