Job summary

Platte River Medical Clinic is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver acute and episodic care within a Family Practice setting. You will evaluate patients, respond to emergencies, document histories, orders, and coordinate referrals.

The role requires a PA or NP Master’s, Colorado license, DEA, BLS/CPR and ACLS/PALS certifications, with a comprehensive benefits package and a 4-day in-clinic schedule with no weekend commitments.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Master's Program.
• Colorado Medical License and DEA certificate.
• BLS/CPR and ACLS/PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provides medical evaluation, treatment and consultation services to patients.
• Responds to emergencies and answers medical questions.
• Obtains and documents history, exam, assessment and plan for each patient.
• Provides medical orders for refills, medications, testing, and referrals.
• Performs routine medical procedures (suturing, splinting, foreign object removal).
• Reviews results and coordinates patient notifications and education.
• Maintains confidentiality and timely documentation.
