Job summary

Prima CARE is seeking a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join the office practice of a Family Medicine physician. The position is full-time 36-40 hours per week, four days per week with Thursdays off and no nights or weekends.

Part-time options (2-3 days) may also be available. The APP will see adult and adolescent patients under physician supervision, with independent responsibility commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• See adult and adolescent patients under physician supervision, assuming independence with experience.
• Work full-time 36-40 hours per week, four days per week (Thursday off), no nights or weekends.
• Possess MA license, DEA certificate, and MA controlled substances registration.
