Job summary

Platte River Medical Clinic is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver acute and episodic care in a Family Practice setting. You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients while coordinating care and referrals as needed.

Requirements include completion of a PA or NP Master’s program, Colorado medical license, and board certifications. This is a full-time, on-site role with a mission-driven team and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Master’s Program.
• Colorado Medical License is required.
• DEA certificate is required.
• BLS/CPR certificate is required.
• ACLS/PALS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides medical evaluation, treatment and consultation services to patients in acute and episodic care.
• Responds to emergencies and answers medical questions.
• Documents history, exam findings, assessment and plan for each patient.
• Orders refills, medications, testing, and referrals as needed.
• Performs routine procedures and coordinates referrals to specialists.
