Family Law Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities include assisting attorneys in all areas of family law, including:

• Preparing pleadings, petitions, discovery collection and responses, and correspondence.
• Organizing cases and preparing for hearings, depositions, mediation, and trials, including exhibit and notebook preparation.
• Communicating effectively with clients, court staff, and attorneys.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of family law experience.
• Proficiency with billing software, e-filing, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Family Law Software, Inc. for Financial Affidavits.
