• Your caseload will include high-retainer cases with experts, as well as normal cases. The senior partner doesn't take these cases for himself, so you will get the big cases.

Requirements:

• For this role, we're looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years as a Family Law Attorney practicing in Florida. You must currently live in the Hillsborough/Pinellas/Pasco area.
• This is a full-time position with general office hours from 8:30 am-5:30 pm Monday-Friday.
• Must be able to draft quickly and accurately.
• Attend court appearances, depositions, temporary relief and evidentiary hearings, CMC's, mediations, and trials as needed.
• The candidate needs to be aggressive and proactive, used to independently moving cases forward, and able to clearly communicate with clients and your paralegal/legal assistant.
• Must possess excellent attention to detail, grammar, spelling, punctuation, computer, and negotiation skills.
