About The Role

Are you an experienced Family Law Attorney looking for a new opportunity in the field of family law? The attorneys at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan play an integral role by expertly assisting clients throughout the litigation process.

Your Role Includes the Following Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage family law cases from start to finish.
• Provide superior customer service to all clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Make improvement recommendations to practice managers.
• Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice quality software.

Requirements

What you will bring to the role:

• Two or more years of practicing family law in Texas; five or more years preferred.
• Valid Texas bar license for at least 2 years.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Passion for conducting hearings, courtroom presence, and handling mediations and consultations.
• Energetic and motivated.
• Highly organized.
• Knowledge of TxDoc and Clio or similar drafting and client management software; proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.
• Experience in drafting correspondence, pleadings, and discovery.
