Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Family Law Attorney role based in Phoenix, AZ. The attorney will manage a caseload involving divorce, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, property division, and related family law matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, developing case strategies, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court hearings and trials. The role includes collaboration with colleagues and support staff, careful management of deadlines, and consistent communication with clients about case status and options. The attorney will also participate in legal research, maintain accurate case documentation, and contribute to business development and firm initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to prepare clear, persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Demonstrated experience in family law practice, including negotiation, mediation, and courtroom advocacy in divorce and custody matters.
• Excellent client communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and empathy.
