Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney for a boutique Southern California practice offering hybrid or remote work. You will handle high-net-worth divorce, complex financial matters, and related family law cases from intake to resolution.

The role requires JD, California Bar in good standing, 1+ year in family law, strong litigation and writing skills, and the ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage family law matters from inception through resolution, including negotiation and litigation.

• Represent clients in hearings, conferences, mediations, and other proceedings.
• Analyze complex financial issues, including business interests, real estate, investments, and asset division.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsive service.

A well-established Southern California family law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its growing team. The firm provides sophisticated, strategic representation to clients navigating complex and often high-stakes family law matters, with a particular focus on high-net-worth divorce and financially complex cases.

The firm combines the resources and legal knowledge of a larger practice with the personalized client service of a boutique firm. Its attorneys handle matters involving divorce, property division, child custody, child and spousal support, legal separation, paternity, parental rights, and premarital agreements.

Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 per year
