Jobot is seeking a seasoned Senior Attorney specializing in Family Law to join our remote team. You will provide expert legal advice and representation in family law matters across California, including asset division and custody issues, while working fully remotely.

The ideal candidate is a California-licensed attorney with a strong family law background, able to meet a 1600–1700 billable hour annual target, and ready to collaborate with clients and colleagues to achieve favorable outcomes.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Commitment to meeting a 1600 - 1700 billable hour requirement annually.

Responsabilités

• Represent clients in family law matters, including high-conflict custody cases and complex asset divisions.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Provide effective advocacy both in and out of court, including representing clients in hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Work closely with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
