Qualifications
- 2+ years of family law litigation experience required.
- San Diego experience preferred; familiarity with local court procedures is a plus.
- Experience handling depositions, discovery, mediations; trial experience is a plus.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills essential.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively with the team.
- California Bar admission is required.
Responsibilities
- Handle a broad spectrum of family law matters, including divorce and prenuptial/postnuptial agreements.
- Manage litigation from inception to resolution, including research, pleadings, motions, and court appearances.
- Collaborate with partners and other attorneys to provide mentorship and support goal outcomes.
