The role is remote with occasional in-person requirements and is designed to support professional growth in courtroom advocacy, case management, and family law proceedings.

Duties:

Represent clients in legal matters related to divorce, custody, support, and other family law issues

Prepare and draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements

Conduct depositions and appear at hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings

Guide clients with empathy, professionalism, and clarity

Maintain organized and timely case progress across multiple client matters

Collaborate closely with colleagues in a team-focused legal environment

Requirements:

0 to 3 years of experience in family law preferred; open to attorneys with general litigation backgrounds seeking to transition into this field

Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Texas State Bar

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and case strategies independently

Strong sense of professionalism and client service orientation

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
