Location
Duties
- Provide legal representation for clients in family law matters such as divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including petitions, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
- Advise and counsel clients on their legal rights, responsibilities, and available options.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences on behalf of clients.
- Work with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal support.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and personalized service.
- Manage case files and meet deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in Georgia.
- 1-3 years of experience in family law (preferred).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education
- Doctorate (Preferred) – Juris Doctor (JD)
