About the Position
The Family Law Associate Attorney will join our Family Law Practice Area Group (PAG) serving clients in Rutherford County and western North Carolina.
Family Law attorneys start their day checking email, returning messages, checking-in with his or her assigned case manager, and preparing for court. The day will consist of court, other legal proceedings, working case related tasks, and more. The Family Law Associate Attorney will also be responsible for the following:
Our team will support the selected candidate by providing a mentor, an assigned case manager and weekly training sessions.
While previous law firm and litigation experience is preferred, all levels will be considered.Selected candidate must be a licensed member of the North Carolina Bar, in good standing.
