Qualifications

• Active Arizona bar license in good standing (or eligible to waive in promptly).
• Minimum 2 years of family law experience, ideally in Maricopa County.
• Knowledge of Arizona community property, spousal maintenance, child support guidelines.
• Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions; handling hearings and orders.
• Exposure to complex matters like business valuation and retirement division.
• Clear, calm client communication, sound judgment, and the discretion these cases demand.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with partners on sophisticated family law matters.
• Draft pleadings, disclosures, discovery, and motions.
• Assist in temporary orders hearings and evidentiary hearings.
• Contribute to high-asset divorces and appellate work.
• Support business valuation and complex property division issues.
