Competenze

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a plan for certification within a set timeframe.
• Unrestricted Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality primary care, including exams, wellness check-ups, and immunizations (Adults for IM; all ages for FM).
• Clinician sees 15-30 patients per day and participates in 1:10 call rotation.
• Diagnose and manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and COPD.
• Order, interpret labs and imaging; coordinate with specialists.
