ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC in Valparaiso, IN, is seeking a Physician for Family or Internal Medicine to deliver high-quality primary care in a tech-forward, HIMSS Stage VII environment. The role offers a full-time schedule Monday–Friday with a flexible approach and a 1:10 on-call rotation.

Board-certified or eligible, Indiana license and CSR/DEA registration are required. EPIC EMR experience and AI-assisted documentation tools are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Board-certified or board-eligible with plan for certification.
• Indication of Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with or aptitude for EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong communication and EMR proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality primary care including exams, wellness checks, and immunizations.
• Clinic load: 15–30 patients per day.
• 1:10 on-call rotation.
• Diagnose and manage long-term conditions (HTN, DM, asthma, COPD).
• Order and interpret labs, X-rays and screenings.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists.
