Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible physician with a plan to certification.
• Experience with EMR systems and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Epic EMR and AI-assisted documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care including exams, wellness check-ups, and immunizations for adults (IM) or all ages (FM).
• Clinic patients per day: 15-30.
• Call rotation: 1:10.
• Diagnose and manage chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and tests; coordinate with specialists.
