Great Hearts Academies is seeking a Family Giving Manager to lead a 12+ person team across multiple academies in Phoenix. You will drive annual fundraising initiatives, develop donor strategies, and ensure program excellence in collaboration with the Director of Family Partnership and campus leaders.

You will hire, coach, and evaluate FGOs, maintain performance dashboards, and ensure policy compliance across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of 12+ Family Giving Officers.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of Family Giving Officers.
• Conduct regular 1:1s focused on performance and growth.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide feedback.
• Foster a collaborative, mission-driven team culture.
• Coach FGOs in building relationships with school leaders and volunteers.
• Serve as escalation point on donor/academy relationships.
• Arrange backfill for FGOs when vacancies arise.
• Ensure campaigns meet annual budget goals.
• Monitor fundraising dashboards and KPIs.
• Collaborate on budgeting and annual development plans.
• Travel to assigned academies for coaching and relationship building.
• Coordinate donor communications with major gifts team.
