Job summary

Great Hearts Texas is seeking a Director of Community Engagement and Academy Giving to lead the annual Community Investment campaign and expand outreach for enrollment growth at Irving campuses. The role requires building donor relationships, managing events, and reporting metrics to campus leadership.

You will collaborate with GHTX Development, Marketing, and Enrollment teams, engage families, staff, and community partners, and travel within Texas as needed to advance fundraising and brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2–3 years fundraising, sales, marketing, or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in enrollment marketing and community outreach is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of the Community Investment campaign.
• Cultivate and steward donor relationships to secure support.
• Identify and pursue matching gifts, partnerships, and small grants.
• Maintain gift entry procedures and donor data records.
• Maintain visibility of Community Investment at events and meetings.
• Report metrics and trends to campus leadership.
