Job summary

Great Hearts Academies is seeking a Family Giving Manager in Phoenix to lead 12+ Family Giving Officers across multiple academies. You will drive annual fundraising initiatives, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliant, strategic donor engagement in partnership with senior leadership.

The role requires a Bachelors degree, proven fundraising success, and 2+ years of supervising teams. Expect travel to campuses, collaboration with athletic and donor relations teams, and a strong focus on philanthropy

Qualifications

Bachelors degree required.
Demonstrated success achieving fundraising, sales, or revenue goals.
Minimum of two years leading, coaching, or supervising high-performing teams.
Prior experience using Raisers Edge software or a similar CRM/donor database system.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and performance management for a team of 12+ FGOs across multiple academies.
Develop fundraising strategies and monitor performance metrics to meet annual goals for campaigns.
Collaborate with Headmasters, Director of Family Partnership, and cross-functional leaders to ensure fundraising excellence and policy compliance.
Oversee budgeting, donor communications, and cross-campus coordination for campaigns.
