Job summary

Great Hearts Irving is seeking a Director of Community Engagement and Academy Giving to lead the Community Investment campaign, cultivate donor relationships, and expand outreach to boost enrollment and strengthen the academy’s reputation. The role reports to the Headmasters and works with GHTX Development, Marketing, and Enrollment teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in fundraising or related fields, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• This job requires a Bachelor's Degree.
• 2–3 years of fundraising, sales, or marketing experience.
• Spanish language skills are a plus; CFRE designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of the Community Investment campaign.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors including families, alumni and partners.
• Identify matching gifts, partnerships, and small grants.
• Maintain gift entry and constituent data records.
• Report on metrics and trends to campus leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Enrollment teams to boost enrollment.
