Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed franchisee of Sonny’s BBQ, is seeking team members for Front of House roles. You will answer calls, take orders, and interact with guests in a friendly, efficient manner in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires the ability to work with a team, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while handling food orders and POS transactions. Training and certification may be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, carry and move up to 10 pounds.
• Exposure to wet/humid conditions and cleaning chemicals; hand washing required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls
• Work cooperatively with all other staff
• Take food orders
• Bag all orders and ensure accuracy, include condiments/utensils
• Interact with guests in a positive, friendly manner
• Assist with catering order packing
• Use Point of Sale system
• Take orders via drive-thru window
• Handle curbside orders
• Assist with restocking of items
• Maintain a clean work area
• Perform additional duties as assigned
