Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in building and retaining a successful team through recruiting, hiring, and development.
• Welcome customers and provide product knowledge on styles, features and benefits.
• Plan, track, analyze, and report tasks and store performance using company tools.
• Drive KPIs and monitor performance to optimize sales and service on the floor.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive environment for customers and employees.
• Partner with the Store Manager on merchandising, promotions, and loss prevention.
