Job summary

Samost Jewish Family and Children's Service of Southern New Jersey seeks an energetic Office Coordinator for J Splash Swim School's Customer Experience team. This poolside role manages first impressions and maintains warm relationships with families and students as part of our swim family.

The position offers flexible 4–5 hour shifts, with paid training including first aid certification if needed, PTO for part-time staff, and a welcoming culture.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and warm personality who enjoys talking to people.
• Ability to enforce safety procedures in a fun, gentle manner.
• Ability to multitask and stay engaged while interacting with families.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcoming new families and getting them off to a good start and to know students and parents.
• Setting up the pool deck area before each shift.
• Registering students for class and managing them in and out of the water between classes.
• Managing and celebrating move-up/graduation, birthdays, and milestones at the pool.
• Posting photos/videos to social media in a fun, personal way.
• Assisting parents with questions about schedules and progress.
• Promoting referrals for new enrollments.
• Supporting aquatics team and assisting with swimmer safety as needed.
