Job summary

J Splash Swim School is seeking an energetic Office Coordinator to shape the first impression and sustain warm relationships with families and students. You will welcome new families, help them settle in, and support the team across daily operations at the pool.

The role emphasizes safe, structured routines, friendly communication, and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment while promoting a positive, fun experience for all swimmers and their families.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, warm but assertive personality with strong people skills.
• Understanding of enforcing safety procedures in a fun, gentle manner.
• Ability to multi-task while keeping a fun environment.
• Genuine desire to help reduce drowning.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome families and introduce them to students.
• Set up pool deck before each shift.
• Register students and manage check-ins between classes.
• Celebrate move-ups, birthdays, and milestones.
• Post photos/videos to social media in a personal way.
• Assist parents with schedule questions and progress.
• Promote referrals for enrollments.
• Support aquatics team and help with safety during lessons.
