The role performs QA reviews of eligibility and data calculations, ensuring accurate records and timely entry. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in public relations with families, teaching PK-12 or coordinating programs across locations, and comfort working with diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years minimum of public relations work with students, families, and community members in underserved communities.
• 1-3 years minimum of teaching experience in PK-12th grade or experience with adult learning.
• 1-3 years minimum of successful coordination and implementation of a program across multiple locations/buildings/campuses.
• 1-3 years minimum of work in the student mental health field as a counselor or social worker.

Responsibilities

• Establishes rapport and credibility with customers and providers by providing excellent customer service in a professional and respectful manner.
• Communicates with customers regarding eligibility issues, documentation requirements, and actions taken by CCS and provides information about the CCS program.
• Knowledgeable of and communicates information regarding early childhood development and community resources available to customers.
• Performs QA reviews of customer eligibility by reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Performs mathematical calculations to determine the parent’s income and share of cost.
• Enter all data into databases in a timely and accurate manner.
