The supervisor will ensure program fidelity, coordinate with partners, deliver staff training, manage workloads, and drive quality improvement across programs while upholding professional standards

• Implement tracking systems to ensure standards compliance and quality improvement.
• Lead annual program evaluation and planning with agency leaders.
