Job summary

Iris Family Support Center is seeking a full-time family support specialist to provide goal-oriented services in the home, community, or office. The role supports families using evidence-based practices such as Family Centered Treatment, Nurturing Parenting, and Trust Based Relational Intervention, with a comprehensive caseload and collaboration with courts, DCS, and CASA volunteers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in social work/related field.
• Experience with trauma-informed and family-centered practices.
• Ability to collaborate with courts, DCS, and CASA.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to children and families including crisis intervention and assessments.
• Maintain a comprehensive caseload with fidelity to evidenced-based models.
• Complete required certifications (FCT, Motivational Interviewing, Nurturing Parenting, TF-CBT, etc.).
• Deliver in-home, community, or office services 40 hours per week.
• Collaborate with referrals sources (courts, DCS, Probation), foster parents, and guardians ad litem.
