• 4 years of relevant work experience in event planning, coordination, or program management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, execute field trips (virtual and in-person) aligned to PA standards.
• Coordinate social opportunities for families.
• Plan and execute summer club programming for students.
• Solicit ongoing feedback to guide future field trip planning.
• Manage high-volume registrations with strong customer service.
• Collaborate with departments and mobile classrooms to provide enriching experiences.
