Commonwealth Charter Academy is seeking a Family Involvement Coordinator for the Field Trip Division in Central PA. Working from the Family Service Center, you will coordinate and execute educational and social field trips for families across assigned regions, aligned to standards and curriculum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in education, Liberal Arts or a related field.
• 4 years of relevant work experience in event planning, coordination, or program management.
• Valid PA Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, execute educationally appropriate field trips (virtual and in-person) aligned to Pennsylvania standards and the curriculum throughout the school year.
• Coordinate, plan, and execute social opportunities for families.
• Plan and execute summer club programming for students.
• Solicit on-going feedback to guide future field trip planning.
• Manage high-volume of registrations efficiently with attention to customer service.
