Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in education, Liberal Arts or related field.
• 4 years of relevant work experience in event planning, coordination, or program management.
• Willingness to travel.
• Valid PA Driver's License.
• Must reside within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Must be able to commute to a Family Service Center.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and execute field trips (virtual and in-person) aligned to PA standards.
• Plan social opportunities for families and student summer clubs.
• Manage high-volume registrations with strong customer service.
• Develop relationships with venues and partner organizations.
• Collaborate with Family Services and other coordinators for consistency.
• Maintain monthly Expense Reports and budgets.
• Travel to designated counties in the northeast region.
