Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Liberal Arts or a related field.
• 4 years of relevant work experience in event planning, coordination, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, execute educationally appropriate field trips (virtual and in-person) aligned to Pennsylvania standards and the curriculum throughout the school year.
• Coordinate, plan, and execute social opportunities for our families.
• Plan and execute summer club programming for students.
• Solicit on-going feedback to guide future field trip planning.
• Manage high-volume of registrations efficiently and with attention to customer service.
• Collaborate with CCAWorks, other departments, and our mobile classrooms to provide high-quality agricultural, technical, career, and mobile lab/classroom experience to students throughout the region.
• Develop relationships with venues and organizations to further our social and education field trip opportunities for students.
