People Incorporated seeks an Early Education Center Assistant Director to support the Center Director in daily operations, ensuring high-quality early education and care. You will supervise staff, assist with enrollment, and help maintain compliance with MA EEC standards.

Competenze

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's or Master's preferred.
• MA EEC Director II certification required; Lead Teacher cert preferred.
• 3–5 years in early childhood education with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Knowledge of MA EEC licensing regulations and NAEYC accreditation.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Experience with ProCare and KinderWait is preferred.

Mansioni

• Ensure center provides a safe, healthy learning environment for all children.
• Support Director in evaluating and updating program policies and procedures.
• Assist with enrollment processes, tours, orientations, and waitlists.
• Oversee staff scheduling and classroom coverage ensuring EEC ratios are met.
• Assist with budget management and procurement of supplies.
