Job summary

Magnolia Public Schools (MPS) seeks a dedicated Family Success Coordinator to support families during enrollment and beyond. You will work to build strong partnerships between staff and families, promote belonging, and coordinate events to engage the community throughout the school year.

You will oversee tours, home visits, workshops, and communications to ensure a positive experience for families and students, with a focus on retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in relevant field.
• Experience in education, family support services, or community outreach.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse educational partners.
• Familiarity with survey administration and data management.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships with families and staff throughout enrollment.
• Coordinate campus tours, events, and community outreach activities.
• Conduct follow-up communications to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Provide ongoing support to address academic, social, or emotional needs.
• Develop strategic enrollment plans and monitor quarterly trends.
• Organize home visits/meetings for families considering enrollment for next year.
• Facilitate two-way communication workshops between families and staff.
• Support retention efforts and improve family satisfaction scores.
