Job summary

Magnolia Educational & Research Foundation in Carson is seeking a Family Success Coordinator (Seasonal) to support student and family engagement, enrollment, and retention. You will coordinate events, communicate with families and staff, and provide transition support throughout the school year.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong relationship-building skills, with some evening/weekend hours. The position offers a competitive, experience-based salary within the Magnolia Public

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• Experience in education, family support services or community outreach.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse educational partners.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships with families and staff.
• Organize campus tours and community outreach.
• Lead enrollment planning and retention activities.
• Coordinate home visits and family meetings.
• Facilitate two-way communication workshops.
• Plan two monthly enrollment events and engage partners.
