Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Two years of human services experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check are required, own reliable vehicle with insurance that meets our coverage limits.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate family meetings and provide in-home support to strengthen families.
• Coach parents to ensure safe and nurturing time with children in DCF custody.
• Call extended family members to explore familial support and create genograms.
