The Circuit Court for Prince George's County seeks a dedicated paraprofessional administrative assistant reporting to the Family Division Managers. You will perform a range of duties including office operations and case management to support daily functions.
Responsibilities include reviewing timesheets, handling sensitive data, coordinating calendars and meetings, responding to inquiries, and providing grant-funded project support.
The incumbent, reporting to the Family Division Managers, will be responsible for performing a range of paraprofessional administrative duties, including office operations and case management.
Duties can include, but are not limited to:
Bachelor’s Degree completion of significant course work in Liberal Arts, one of the Social Sciences, or Public or Business Administration, supplemented by one (1) year of staff assistance experience, preferably in County government, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
