Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Experience working with adult students in urban, public education settings.

Responsibilities

• Understand and promote the organization's Mission, Vision, and Core Values to ensure policy alignment.
• Work with the Adult Program and site leadership to identify, assess and support students' needs.
• Schedule weekly check-ins with students on caseload.
• Document interactions to track progress of services and plans.
• Attend weekly staff meetings to share concerns and summarize student progress.
• Maintain communication with the Adult Program Coordinator on emergencies or concerns.
• Develop individual work plans with students to outline strategies and outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
