Salary Range - $53,000 - $56,000

General Summary

Assist with hospital partnerships through bedside recruitment and multidisciplinary team referrals. Works in collaboration with FCNJ team leadership.
Essential Functions
Contribute to The Cooperative’s commitment to equity and continuous quality improvement that align with the agency’s mission, goals, and advancement. Effectively cross-collaborate with agency staff, leaders, and board members to foster a comprehensive approach of information sharing, working committees, and collective representation. Routinely disseminate relevant information, presentations, trainings, and learning opportunities for internal program and agency staff. When applicable, will participate in relevant staff development opportunities (trainings, summits, conferences, etc.) to increase skill development, elevate program goals, and engage staff members with timely key learnings. Supervises FCNJ Program Support Specialist team, with input from the Director of Nurse Home Visitation. Approves and signs off on monthly expense reports, bi-weekly time sheets, and PTO requests. Completes staff performance reviews for the evaluation process with input from Director of Nurse Home Visitation. Coordinates orientation for new FCNJ staff. Coordinates staff education, training and the implementation of new program directives, with the Director of Nurse Home Visitation. Conducts quality reviews including review of documentation. Compiles data for reports, completes reports and submits to the Director of Nurse Home Visitation. Represents FCNJ on The Cooperative and DCF NJ committees/meetings, as directed by Director of Nurse Home Visitation. Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
Travels regularly to sites where traffic, weather, and other environmental conditions may be encountered; otherwise works in a climate-controlled professional office environment generally free from hazards and other adverse working conditions or remote home location.
Health And Wellness
Our hospital partners require up-to-date vaccinations which include MMR immunity, Varicella immunity, and PPD testing. You may be required to provide vaccination record, obtain bloodwork to verify titers, and other testing to comply with hospital requirements.
