Salary Range - $82,000 - $85,000

The FCNJ Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive community health nursing services through homecare and telehealth to women and their families enrolled in the Family Connects NJ Program in accordance with program goals, objectives, and protocols. To assess the health needs of parents and infants, assess behavioral health and social needs of families and connect them with appropriate community services.
Contribute to the Cooperative’s commitment to equity and continuous quality improvement that aligns with the agency’s mission, goals, and advancement.
B.S. degree in nursing with current RN license, or B.A. degree in another field with current RN license, or A.S. degree in nursing with state-level RN, and at least one year of relevant nursing experience.
