Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Children’s Ambassador (0.5 FTE, 20 hours/week) in Milwaukee. You will greet visitors warmly, guide them through the facility, and assist families with navigation and transport.

The role includes safe internal patient transport and maintaining accessibility with wheelchair and cart movement. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in customer service, strong communication skills, and a willingness to obtain CPR

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors with warmth and empathy.
• Badge and screen guests per visitation guidelines and guide them through the facility.
• Assist families with destinations and transportation needs.
• Provide internal patient transport that is safe and engaging.
• Stock and move wheelchairs, strollers, and carts to maintain accessibility.
