Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule internal resources and communicate budgets, timelines, and expectations to staff.
• Manage services arrangements for visitation, funeral, and reception per contract.
• Coordinate with vendors, inspect products, and address issues during events.
• Maintain event playbooks, KPIs, and vendor contracts; support staff instructions.
