BehaviorLive is seeking a Clinical Supervisor/Clinician in Utah to lead and oversee mental health and behavior analytic services. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and train families, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

You will collaborate with schools and other providers to deliver ethical and effective care, maintaining timely documentation and participating in ongoing trainings and meetings as required.

Qualificações

• Active Utah license (BCBA or BCaBA) or near-licensure.
• HIPAA confidentiality and ethics.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to collaborate with families, schools, and other providers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, oversee, and deliver behavioral health services per DOPL and UTBS standards.
• Conduct assessments, set goals, develop treatment plans, and supervise staff.
• Provide parent training and whole-family interventions as needed.
• Coordinate with external providers to ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery.
• Produce timely clinical documentation and notes.
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to UTBS policies and training requirements.
