Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise behavior department personnel, including BCBAs, BCaBAs, and trainees.
• Assess client needs and develop plans to meet them.
• Identify supervisee training needs and expand clinical knowledge.
• Consult with colleagues on treatment plans and client cases.
• Assess situations and apply interventions to prevent or resolve crises.
