Job summary

MAOF is seeking a Family Case Specialist to provide case management for subsidized childcare programs. This onsite role focuses on maintaining caseloads, enrollments, and compliance with funding terms.

You will support families, work with CalWORKs participants, and ensure accurate billing and documentation. The position requires bilingual Spanish/English abilities, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work Monday through Friday in Los Angeles County.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; AA degree preferred.
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English required.
• Strong organizational, analytic, and administrative skills.
• Regular Monday–Friday schedule; weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date caseload and recertifications per contracts.
• Perform enrollments, re-certifications, and provider changes.
• Maintain accurate caseload and appointment bookings.
• Assist families and providers; resolve program issues.
• Process, bill, and reconcile family fee payments per rules.
