Job summary

Mexican American Opportunity Foundation seeks a Community Support Specialist in Montebello to provide direct services and case management across MAOF's Community Development programs.

The role requires at least 2 years in case management, bilingual English/Spanish, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Full-time schedule with potential evenings/weekends; benefits include MAOF sponsored programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of case management experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Must have own vehicle and California driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services and case management across programs.
• Conduct financial/employment/digital coaching and tax preparation support.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow grant guidelines.
• Complete required forms and coordinate wrap-around services.
• Engage with community partners and resources to assist clients.
