Job summary

Pressley Ridge seeks a Program Supervisor to lead the Family Behavior Therapy (FBT) team and supervise therapists delivering FBT to families. The role focuses on clinical leadership, program fidelity, and timely delivery of services in alignment with policy and regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring service intensity for billing, coordinating with CYS referrals, and contributing to quality improvement, staff training, and program development in a collaborative care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field required.
• Master’s degree in a human services field preferred.
• Must be eligible for professional licensure and/or hold licensure.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license, current insurance and registration, and a reliable vehicle.
• Two years of direct experience in social services; state/federal clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical leadership for the Family Behavior Therapy (FBT) team and supervises therapy staff.
• Monitors service intensity for billing and regulatory compliance; ensures model fidelity.
• Reviews session materials and ensures documentation and data are timely and accurate.
• Engages in recruitment, training, and orientation of new staff and supervisors.
• Maintains collaboration with referral sources and participates in program development and committees.
• Ensures safety, compliance with regulations, and continuous quality improvement.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a human services field
