Job summary

LOPA is seeking an Advanced Practice Approach Support Coordinator to guide Family Advocates through donation conversations and to oversee staff deployments. You will lead field trainings, provide coaching, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with donation authorization processes.

The role requires strong crisis experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in a family service role with proven outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Experience working with families in crisis; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee family conversations and deployment of FA staff.
• Provide coaching, support and guidance to Family Advocates.
• Handle emergent donation conversations when on AS call.
• Lead field training and quarterly precepting for staff.
• Verify documentation is complete on all conversation outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of educational and training requirements for authorization of organ and tissue donation.
